Martial Arts

I started practicing martial arts under the direction of master Georges Nseir in the Antonine Club, Lebanon, as a way to better interact with lots of my students who were already practicing and some of them were national champions for different categories.

 

In Houston, I joined in 2003 the Rice Karate Club, practicing Chayon Ryu.

 

Chayon-Ryu is based on those natural movements found within each of its parent styles -- Chinese chu'an fa (Kung Fu); Japanese karate; Korean tae kwon do; Okinawa-te; judo/jujitsu; hapkido/aikido.
