"I never thought that my passion, music, would lead me to being a SciLeb Junior member. In fact, it’s by winning the Professor Kesserwany Music Tournament that I was selected along many others to join Scileb. Thanks to Professor Kesserwany, Mr. Antoun Daou and all the team for doing these great efforts, trying to bring together people from nearly all scientific and cultural domains in Lebanon. I think that in usual gatherings, the scientific and cultural domains, which are complementary, are barely combined, but the Lebanese National Network took everything in consideration, that’s what makes its particular strength.

This year’s summer camp was yet another leadership camp as junior members, so it was particularly important concerning our profits from it and the way we knew Scileb as part of the LNN. I personally found it very beneficial as some talks we were given were really interesting and innovative. We discovered many new things about subjects we thought we were familiar with. For example the talk relating to recycling in Lebanon made the catastrophic situation clearer to our minds, and showed to us that it’s not impossible at all to improve it by applying simple indications… I also learned that sharing and communication are essential and are really easier to use then they appear. "
