As a new student of medecine starting fall 2007, I will be facing many challenges that require me to have leadership and management skills; Scileb has promoted in me a new sense of responsibility and awareness and a trust that with will and perseverance, I will be able to achieve my goals, becoming a great doctor and a better human being.

It has always been my belief that each person holds in him the personality of a unique leader, this experience taught me how to reveal the true leader that lives in me, and use my skills not only to succeed myself, but to support and help those arround me as well.

Getting the opportunity to participate in both the 2006 and 2007 leadership summer camps by Joining Scileb as a junior member has been one of the most interesting and highly profitable experiences in my life
